We are currently experiencing increased Smart Alert volume due to inclement weather. One of our voice carriers is experiencing an issue, which has resulted in delays for a portion of voice notifications.
While delivery times may take some time to fully normalize, our team is actively working on the issue to ensure successful delivery.
