Partial Voice Call Delivery Failure for T-Mobile Users

We experienced a brief issue affecting a small number of users receiving Smart Alerts via voice call. The issue, related to a disruption with one of our voice providers, resulted in a limited number of calls failing with "invalid number" errors. These voice alerts were not delivered and cannot be re-sent.

Other Smart Alert delivery methods- including email, text, and app notifications- continued to function as expected.

If you're affected, you can view invalid calls in your delivery reports for confirmation. The underlying issue has been resolved by the provider, and no further impact is expected.
